This young lady is a powerhouse. My wife and I have been looking for property/houses in the Laurel Highlands for 15-20 years. Everything was either too expensive or needed too much work. Somehow we lucked upon Jenny and she took the ball and ran with it. We looked at countless homes with her and she never got discouraged or impatient. She knew what we were looking for, and continued to show us new offerings. Then she found the needle in the haystack and immediately alerted us to the prospect. She got it! It was the perfect property for us. We knew we had to move fast, and she made that clear. Our offer was a mere $500 over the next offer and was accepted. It was her guidance that made that happen. But wait, it doesn't stop there. Our offer was accepted, but we still needed to establish financing. And here is where Jenny really shined (as if she needed to be more shiny).
